Divine connections at 4272 feet

God gave every one of us various gifts. One of the gifts I received is the ability to bring about divine connections. And I often do. I like it so much when God shows us his presence through divine winks. That is great! To him be the glory.
Recently I rounded up a trip to Israel with my wife. On the Friday, we said to God in prayer : “Our Father in heaven, today or tomorrow, please give us a divine connection!”

Answered prayer

On the Friday, everything changed. Saturday at Tel Aviv airport, we were in the air but nothing had happened yet… Suddenly on the plane somebody came over to me and asked: “Are you Eric Célérier?”

I said « yes » and told my wife : “This is it! It’s the divine connection!”

Kingdom connections

This man, Joël, was an airline pilot. He recognized me because he has a superb photographic memory. We met 10 years ago in the mountains!

He quickly directed me to his minister, Jean-Louis Gaillard, who was sitting next to him and who wished to meet me. Jean-Louis develops 365histoires.com. It is a great work, which we had already taken note of at Top Chrétien . So we started considering how we can join forces for the kingdom of God!

Jean-Louis is also the minister of a famous tennis player, a lady to whom we do not have direct connections, but whom we deeply wished to film for our testimony website : MyStory.me.

Divine links

While I was in Israel, my son told me through Skype : “It would be very nice to put her testimony on MyStory”. I thus don’t believe that the meeting was a coincidence!

On the plane, Jean Louis also introduced me to a Mauritian christian woman, Lizzie, whose father is the president of a national gospel work. Since several years, he hoped to meet me because he appreciates Top Chrétien’s ministry, and he longed for a partnership. Another kingdom connection!

Hungry for more of God

In the morning before boarding the plane, I walked in the vicinity of Ein Gedi in the desert and said to God : “I believe in the divine, in the supernatural, and I want to experience more of your amazing ways!”

I thought about the Bible figures who saw the actions of our Lord in special ways, especially Abraham.  And there it was, God responded. Isn’t it nice to see what God brings about?
