Divine Idea!

“Trust in the LORD with all your heart, and do not rely on your own understanding. Acknowledge Him in all your ways and he will make your paths straight.” Proverbs 3:5-6The Internet is constantly evolving and adapting is absolutely necessary. So every day, I do a technology watch, trying to understand what might be useful to announce the Gospel even more effectively through new technologies.
However, I must admit that I have “got it all wrong” more than once in 15 years, since Top Chrétien has existed! Some of my ideas that seemed “brilliant” were not so great after all and they made a big flop!
Proverbs 3:5-6 encourages us to trust God with all our heart and not to rely on our own understanding. I sometimes find it hard to do, but I have decided this day to trust him, especially with regard to new technologies.
In fact, God knows the future better than anyone on this earth. He is God! He is the Creator! He inspires us by his Holy Spirit. I will never forget a moment of prayer, one morning in 2001, when he put this idea on my heart: a step by step course that ends with a prayer … it produced ConnaitreDieu.com, a website currently in 25 languages and visited by over 60 million people. Wow! Glory to God!
Will you pray with me that our Heavenly Father inspires us with the most wonderful ideas for the greatest of all missions: making all nations his disciples?
