Take the high road ?

The Advent season is focused on the fulfilled promise of a Messiah and His second coming. It makes us think about the long-term effects of our decisions because the promises of God are true.

The shepherds were VIPs ?

Maybe your mistakes have blinded everyone from seeing your divine potential. But God sees you differently than you see yourself or the way others see you.

You gotta have faith! ✝️

During this Advent season, would you ask God for more faith as the disciples did? I can guarantee He will answer your prayer, and it will start with you evaluating and changing your beliefs.

Great expectations ❤️

Have you ever expected something for so long you almost gave up? The Advent season has four primary themes to prepare us for the celebration of the Advent of Christ and the arrival of the Judge of eternity. The first theme is hope.

You can believe God’s plan!

I’m sure Joseph was devastated by his fiancée’s pregnancy, but he had a dream, an angel told him what to do, and he obeyed every word without hesitation. It wasn’t his plan, but it was God’s plan.

Do you expect the unexpected? ?

My mentor once told me that I don’t live with the facts of my life but with the interpretation of the facts of my life. Wow, that still makes me take a moment and pause after every bit of “bad” news.

Should you totally surrender?

Would you totally surrender to an awesome God? It’s really our only chance at forgiveness and mercy. This is one of the main reasons we are refocusing on Advent. It’s time to prepare our hearts and minds for His return.

Prepare for the King of Kings ?

The beginning of the Advent season is a tradition in many Christian churches that helps believers prepare their hearts, minds, and lives for the coming of the Messiah. The word “advent” means something new is arriving or has revived.

Giving is living

I’ve discovered over the past four decades that, “Giving is living.” This saying came to me in prayer just a few days ago. It was one of those stunning thoughts that seemed to come out of nowhere. But I know it was a God thought.
