The Advent season is focused on the fulfilled promise of a Messiah and His second coming. It makes us think about the long-term effects of our decisions because the promises of God are true.

I’m sure Joseph was devastated by his fiancée’s pregnancy, but he had a dream, an angel told him what to do, and he obeyed every word without hesitation. It wasn’t his plan, but it was God’s plan.
