Let God have the control

“Be still, and know that I am God; I will be exalted among the nations, I will be exalted in the earth!” (The Bible, Psalm 46:10)
What if you let the Lord have the control?

Acknowledge that He is God. He created this world. It’s His creation. He made it, and He has control over it!

Bring your concerns to the Lord, and leave them with Him. Tell Him what is weighing heavily on you. Allow Him to carry your burdens!

If worry returns, thank Him because His answer is already on the way. Prayers of thankfulness, also called “thanksgiving,” allow you to stay focused on His presence and His promises.

Confess with me: “Creator God, Almighty God, You are God. You have all dominion and authority. I bring my burdens to You and lay them at Your feet. I thank You because from this moment on, You are the One who is in charge of this situation. I praise You and give You thanks because You fulfill me! Your answer is already on the way. In Jesus’s name, amen.”
