Release forgiveness

Sometimes, weeds hide in our hearts. You know…these perhaps subtle things that lie low in the shadows but have the potential to ruin the whole garden!

We may find ourselves harboring anger toward someone, unforgiveness, bitterness, regrets…

Little by little, these feelings contaminate our internal beings and eventually prevent our gardens (who we are) from blossoming and shining for the Lord.

Take the opportunity this morning to identify these weeds and root them out of your heart. It’s painful, to be sure, but at the same time, what good it does!

Remove the roots of anger, unforgiveness, or bitterness, one after the other, and free yourself from these weights that are poisoning you. Release forgiveness toward yourself and toward others.

You have the right to live in full freedom…Jesus purchased this liberty for you at the cost of His life! (See the Bible, John 8:36)
