Don’t Grumble

Home | A Miracle Every Day | Miracles | Don’t Grumble

Grumbling is my natural behavior. A very Dutch habit. We are critical. Always argue. Not often a good attitude to make things better. I often tell myself that it is good not to grumble because we have to have the best in Jesus.net. This is part of the values of Jesus.net.
But I realize that sometimes the habit of grumbling has no limits. Always giving feedback, always criticizing. A friend taught me the difference between a positive critical spirit and a negative spirit of criticism.

Years ago, I learned that a grumbling spirit of criticism prevents me from shining like a star. This is what Philippians 2:14-15 teaches. When I am always complaining and arguing, it becomes my life-style, more importantly, it hinders me from becoming blameless and pure.

When we stop grumbling and arguing as a habit, we will shine and become like Jesus. We can shine like stars among this present generation and show that Christ is living in us. Let’s go for it this year!
