Expect the goodness of the Lord!

“I would have lost heart, unless I had believed that I would see the goodness of the Lord in the land of the living.” (The Bible, Psalm 27:13)
David was sure of one thing: he was going to see the goodness of the Lord in the land of the living! His hope wasn’t just in what would happen after this life on earth. He knew that God was going to visit him and renew His mercies here on the earth.

The Lord’s mercies have not been exhausted and His compassions do not fail. They are new every morning. (see The Bible, Lamentations 3:22)

The mercies of the Lord accompany each new sunrise. Your benevolent God still looks at you with love today. He wants to renew you today so that you may also look at others with this same love and be full of goodness and mercy for those around you!
