God cares for you

“Therefore humble yourselves under the mighty hand of God, that He may exalt you in due time, casting all your care upon Him, for He cares for you.” (the Bible, 1 Peter 5:6-7, NKJV)

Each season of your walk with God has its share of tears: tears shed in moments of joy, sorrow, or intense combat. Each day is unique, bringing its own set of new situations, emotions, and challenges.

But no matter what awaits you today, God is with you! And even more, He is fighting for you. Even if you’re currently facing the biggest challenge of your life, be assured that He is present, right there with you. Begin to speak over your life what King David said: “Though many wish to fight and the tide of battle turns against me, by your power I will be safe and secure; peace will be my portion.” (Psalm 55:18, TPT) The Lord is going to speak to you, show you the way, and guide you. You will not fall. You’re not going to give up!

When discouragement knocks at the door of your thoughts and soul, you won’t open the door because your trust is in God…a faithful God you can always count on! There will never be a moment when He ceases to watch over you, when He isn’t taking care of you. God is your Father and full-time Defender! He never takes a break. When you call Him, rest assured that you’ll never be directed to voicemail or put on hold.

Your heavenly Father loves you with a love that knows no end! He is taking care of you each and every moment.
