The Bible says, ““For I know the plans I have for you,” declares the Lord, “plans to prosper you and not to harm you, plans to give you hope and a future.”” (see Jeremiah 29:11, NIV)
God has a plan for your future. The first step to take to enter into His plan is to call upon Him in prayer.
In the Bible, God makes this promise in the verses just following Jeremiah 29:11, the verse we’ve been focusing on this week:
“Then you will call upon Me and go and pray to Me, and I will listen to you. And you will seek Me and find Me, when you search for Me with all your heart. I will be found by you, says the Lord, and I will bring you back from your captivity; I will gather you from all the nations and from all the places where I have driven you, says the Lord, and I will bring you to the place from which I cause you to be carried away captive.” (see Jeremiah 29:12-14)
You can call upon God in all of your difficulties because He will listen to you. Allow Him to take care of your situation!
Naturally, we hate emptiness and loneliness… So, leave your problems to God, and then seek His presence with perseverance. His Spirit will fill up all your places of uncertainty, where things feel impossible.
Here is His promise: he who seeks God finds Him. He is not far from you! He wants to be found by you. You knock, and He opens the door… because prayer is the key that opens every door, including the door to your future.
Yes, God knows the plans He has for you, and He has conceived a future of peace and victory for your life. Draw near to Him today, and He will draw near to you. You have your part to play, and He has promised to do His. And it is extraordinary!

I really related to these readings, as I am in a lonely place , I at times thought this is God talking to me personally. He knows how empty and alone I am at present, I must admit I am struggling with the waiting for God’s promises. But reading A miracle everyday helps me persevere and encourages me to wait for God’s plan not mine . Thankyou so much Amen
I found that not only this one was uplifting but all of your emails gives me hope, builds my faith, gets me through the days that are not always easy. They encourage, they are from the heart of Jesus to each one that is hurting in some way. They inspire to move forward in my life, and to be a gift to others that need to be held up to God’s promises for a life worth living for him. This series uplifted me! It was exactly what I needed at this time. It seemed like it was meant for me! I’ve been having several problems lately, and this has given me confidence that it will all be alright, because God is with me, I can count on him to make things right again. All I have to do is believe, and pray, and know that he wants only the best for me. While praying I could feel the presence of the Lord, it was the most awesome and glorious thing I’ve ever felt, and my heart is full of his love and light. Praise the Lord! Eric, this week’s study of Jeremiah 29:11 was a reminder that God’s plan for my life is for good. All things work together for good to those who love God and are the called. It has spoken to me very strongly and the way you succinctly presented it, I realized that God is always with is just waiting for our call and prayers to open the door.
