Whatever you do shall prosper!

“He shall be like a tree planted by the rivers of water, that brings forth its fruit in its season, whose leaf also shall not wither; and whatever he does shall prosper.” (the Bible, Psalm 1:3)

This verse is extraordinary. It declares that everything you do shall prosper… that you succeed at anything you do. This is God’s desire! (see the Bible, 3 John 1:2) He gives you the keys to succeed in life and prosper in your relationships, work, and family life.

Know today that God desires your success because He is a good Father. And if earthly fathers want their children to succeed and desire to give them good things (see the Bible, Matthew 7:9-11), how much more does God want to give good things to those who ask Him!

God isn’t sitting somewhere in heaven, watching you from afar with a grouchy expression on His face and thinking, “Ahh! Let’s see how he/she gets out of this one!” He isn’t hoping that you’ll fail miserably.

In fact, nothing could be less true! God is looking at you with tenderness in His eyes, like a mother gazing at her baby in a cradle. He sees the potential and the future He put inside of you. God sees the success He placed in you!

Yes, of course, you have your part to play…

• Allow God and His Word to act in your life
• Let yourself be changed by God
• Persevere in this change!

God has not left you an orphan. Jesus left you His Spirit. He will be in you, He will teach you, and He will guide you into all truth. (see the Bible, John 14:26, John 16:13)

God wants you to succeed… believe it! Lift up your head! Walk as a conqueror, even more than a conqueror, because this is what God is going to accomplish in your life!
