Paul knew freedom was a battle when he said, “Fight the good fight of the faith.” (1 Timothy 6:12, NIV) and “Put on the full armor of God, so that you can take your stand against the devil’s schemes.” (Ephesians 6:11, NIV)
You can experience more freedom than ever before. Dr. Martin Luther King made a powerful declaration on the steps of the Lincoln Memorial in 1963: “Free at last! Free at last! Thank God Almighty, we are free at last!”
Have you ever filled your brain with bad lyrics and bad information? I believe freedom can only become ours when we fill our minds with good thoughts, Bible verses and positive music.
Do you need a victory over a worldly problem? We all live in this world, and it can be so hard. COVID-19, riots, wars, sicknesses, family trials, prejudice, death and stress have challenged most of us.
“I want you to know… I left My throne and was born in a stable, for you. I came from My glorious heavens and put on a garment of flesh, for you. I wore a crown of thorns, for you.”
I can never stress enough that you must put your faith in God. Have confidence in His ministers and prophets, but have faith in the Almighty God, not in man. The Savior never sent away those who had faith.
We all want to make people happy. We don’t want anyone to be mad at us, so what can we do? We can influence others by God’s power, our attitudes and actions. We can inspire people.
During this pandemic, I had to face the closing of our churches, school, preschool and school of ministry. Our ministries worldwide were also crippled. We had to adapt, trim our budgets and move everything we do online.
