God wants you to experience a new level of physical health. That sounds like a bold statement, doesn’t it?
I’ve heard so many religious people tell me that physical health was not part of God’s plan for our lives. Many have told me that we should only focus on spiritual health.
But there is a verse that challenges this limited view of health and freedom: “May God himself, the God of peace, sanctify you through and through. May your whole spirit, soul and body be kept blameless at the coming of our Lord Jesus Christ.” (1 Thessalonians 5:23, NIV)
The Apostle Paul was releasing a blessing on the believers in Thessalonica, and he included spiritual, emotional and physical health.
Would you like to be physically healthy? Would you like to be free from pain, sickness and diseases?
I believe that health is part of the blessings of God. Please don’t get me wrong—all of us have struggled with some sort of physical challenge. I’ve had broken bones, concussions, colds, bronchitis and even a few strokes. I believe that God’s ultimate goal is health for me. My philosophy is quite simple: eat right, drink lots of water, exercise daily, cut out most sugar from my diet and get plenty of sleep. The Bible says, “Do you not know that your bodies are temples of the Holy Spirit, who is in you, whom you have received from God? You are not your own.” (1 Corinthians 6:19, NIV)
So, are you taking care of your temple? Taking care of your temple is very spiritual. Your body is a gift from God. Stewarding your body cannot prevent all trials, sickness and diseases, but it can prevent many unnecessary moments or years of suffering.
Four years ago, I had a stroke that was caused by a clogged artery in my neck. The blockage may have come from my eating habits, the devil or a violent hit by a hockey player. But God wants my health and well-being. So I’ve decided to do everything in my power to take care of my body. I changed my eating habits, added supplements and added a few more important steps to my health.
What’s your plan for health? What are you willing to do to be pain-free?

Hi! I’ve been asking GOD to heal me. I’ve had blood clots in my left shoulder and my blood sugar was super high. But it’s not anymore. Thank GOD. But I had to have 2 major surgeries and a major procedure done in my left arm. And all this happened in May of this year. I’ve been asking GOD to heal my left index finger which is swollen and has hard black gangrene in it. But my finger is not draining or bleeding and it doesn’t smell. I truly thank GOD for that! I lost a lot of my hair and my left arm and leg and shoulder has had a lot of pain and my left wrist is sensitive and it’s been a lot of pain there too. But I do believe I van be healed in my body. I do eat better quality meals. I can’t do any exercises yet. But as soon as I’m fully recovered I will be able to. Please pray for me. Thank you. Ms. Kimberly Ann Wright. Be blessed!!!??❤❣?
I love your messages. I always knew that healing in the body is a promise. Now I hav the scripture to prove it. Believing God to be pregnant. That my womb is healed. Also continued to healing in my eyes and diabetes.

I need prayer for me. I live with alot of condemnation. Have a lot of guilt there fore I don’t love myself which makes it harder for me to really take care of myself.So sorry to unload on you. Please Pray for me. In Jesus name.
I’m praying for you Jaime! I used to deal with a lot of condemnation. I still go there with myself sometimes but I have to remind myself that I am free and forgiven. When God sees you He sees His Son Jesus Christ in whom He is well pleased. Remember that you are fearfully and wonderfully made and that your body is a temple for the Lord. Take care of yourself because you are truly loved and cherished by our King Jesus!
This message could not have come on a better day. A year ago on this day I had major surgery. Every day has been a struggle to live healthier. Thank you for the encouragement.
I need really Jesus to be heal me because I am Deaf person and I has high risk of me. Diabetes, thyroid, Hearing Impaired also Aorta Annysurm that what I has high risk. I ask Jesus for cure and heal on me I really need prayer. In Jesus Name Amen ??✝️?

My son, Evan, was diagnosed with stage 3 colon cancer at age 24. He is 27 now and it has traveled to the lungs….stage 4. I would be so thankful for prayer for HIS healing upon Evan; body, mind and spirit. He wants so much to be able to get married and work again.
