Life is full of he ‘Oh no!’ moments. 🤦🏼‍♀️

What's your biggest fear, friend? Take a moment to think about it if it doesn't come to mind immediately. What is your fear on this day?

I can give you an example from my daily life. It was busy again, and I had been travelling so much that I hadn't kept up with my paperwork at home. I remembered with a start: "Oh, the tax office wanted additional documents, or else they would just make an assessment!"

I don't know how you react to something like that, friend, but in those moments, my natural reaction is fear, restlessness... sleepless nights!

Yes, that would be my natural reaction. But there's also the supernatural reaction you can choose. Do you know how the internet explains the word "supernatural?" With a beautiful word: "Miracle!" And behind that is: "Divine intervention!"

friend, God wants to intervene supernaturally when we fail as humans!

Yes, it was my failure, my mistake, that I didn't respond in time. 100%. There's no excuse for it; sometimes you just have to own up to it. Yes: You should own up to your mistakes, but they should never bring you down!

That's a big difference, friend! Jesus says, "The thief comes only to steal and kill and destroy. I came that they may have life and have it abundantly." (John 10:10 ESV) This verse applies even in such cases!

The thief wants to tell you, "It's your fault, you messed everything up. Now live with the consequences." But Jesus says, "Yes, it's your fault, you messed up. But I've already died for your mistakes. Even while facing up to the consequences, you can live IN MY PEACE."

Wow. If that doesn't hit you like it hit me, friend! After this realization, I hope it's clear to you today that what scares you now doesn't have to scare you anymore! Because…

Jesus died so you can live in His peace!

Amen.

You are a miracle!
