It's important that you know this...!

When you no longer understand what God is allowing in your life, and you feel that He's not answering your prayers anymore, your friends are leaving you, you're being blindsided by bad news, and all your plans are going wrong, what do you do? How do you respond?

Some will say, "God is not as good as I thought. If He was, this wouldn't be happening to me." Others will continue to trust God and move on despite the darkness, with the certainty that He will intervene in time. 

friend, we probably all end up at that point sometime or other, when we question whether God is really 100% faithful to what He promises in His Word. We read so many Bible verses that say "I am with you!", like this familiar verse from Isaiah: "'So do not be afraid. I am with you…'"! (Isaiah 41:10, NIRV), but do we really believe them? Even when there seems to be no sign of God moving on our behalf? 

friend, I have one thing to tell you today, and it's so important that you hear it: "God…does not change." (Psalm 55:19, NIV) Not even when miracles fail to happen in your life. Not even if you feel like you no longer have a connection with Him. 

His Word and promises were true in the days when the books of the Bible were written; they are true today; and yes, they will be true tomorrow—because God does not change! 

So, friend, I exhort you today: live with this never-changing certainty, in spite of any darkness you're currently experiencing, because God always remains the same!

Decide today to go on, even when you don't understand, and you will soon experience His intervention…along with understanding!
