He is always moving toward you!
friend, welcome to a brand-new day!
When the world feels overwhelming, one truth remains unshakable: Jesus is in us. He doesn’t just visit us on Sundays or show up in our lives in moments of crisis. The Bible tells us that if we have placed our faith in Him, He dwells in us through His Holy Spirit. This is a reality that should transform how we view everything. I love this promise!
"But he who unites himself with the Lord is one with him in spirit." (1 Corinthians 6:17 NIV)
I have a close friend who is pursuing another religion. He came to me the other day, exhausted and frustrated. He asked me why following Jesus was different. My answer was simple: Religion is when you chase after a “god” that is never satisfied and never moves towards you. Following Jesus starts with knowing that Jesus is ALWAYS moving towards you!
friend, think about the beauty of this truth... Jesus is not just a distant figure who offers us salvation from afar. He is present with us, living in us, guiding us, comforting us, and strengthening us. His Spirit empowers us to live a life that honors God, even in the most difficult circumstances.
The powerful presence of Jesus within us means we are never alone, no matter how broken the world may seem. In fact, when the world around us is falling apart, it's the perfect moment to lean into the presence of a GREATER KING!
Jesus is not only in us; He is for us. We have the resources of heaven at our disposal, and we can tap into that strength every day. No matter what challenges or trials you are facing, Jesus is with you, in you, and working through you. You have a powerful source of strength within you that can help you face anything the world throws your way.
Take a moment and just lean into the presence of Jesus. Hand over your cares and concerns. He hears you. He is near.
“Jesus, thank You for the gift of Your presence in my life. I am so grateful that You are in me, empowering me to live for You. Help me to draw strength from You today and every day. Amen.”
Never forget my friend...
You are a miracle!
