The secret of wealth 💎

Publication date Apr 21, 2021

This is your friend Paul Marc. I know our world has been rocked by the pandemic and the social upheavals of the past year. It’s been rough for so many people, and it feels like the measures taken by bureaucrats may have made things much worse. However, my mentor once said, “We don’t live with the facts of our lives but with the interpretation of the facts of our lives.” (Dr. Richard Dobbins). So, friend, how have you interpreted this past year? How do you feel about your interpretations? What have you done with your feelings? Is it working for you?

These questions are important because they will help you take control of your thoughts, feelings, and actions. It’s pretty clear we can’t control the actions of others, nor can we run away from the path of this virus. People have tried and failed. Some have worked on great intervention and prevention steps, and others have developed vaccines that may help. Hallelujah!

friend, it’s time to take proactive steps in the area of finances, too. So let’s work like Isaac, pray like Jabez, and give like Jesus. The Bible says, “One person is generous and yet grows more wealthy, but another withholds more than he should and comes to poverty.” (Proverbs 11:24, NET) Generosity is a powerful tool to create wealth. I know this may sound crazy to some because it seems counterintuitive. It reminds me of the words of Jesus: “‘But many who are first will be last, and many who are last will be first.’” (Matthew 19:30, NIV) and “‘...He who believes in Me, though he may die, he shall live.’” (John 11:25, NKJV)

friend, you will be more wealthy by being generous. You will accumulate more by giving more away. Everything you have is either seed or harvest. It’s up to you to decide if the return on your investment is the ultimate return or whether it’s all seed again. In other words, you get to decide what you will keep or reinvest. Givers become rivers of health, prosperity, and blessings. friend, choose to be a giver and watch your harvest increase for years to come.

You’ll see the harvest and help so many people because you are a miracle.
