What makes God mad?

Publication date Jul 28, 2020
Today, co-writer Paul Marc Goulet wrote the message of "A Miracle Every Day". I pray his message and audio will bless you today. -- Justice is a big issue with God. In fact, it’s one of His priorities. Jesus said these piercing words on the subject of justice: “Woe to you, teachers of the law and Pharisees, you hypocrites! You give a tenth of your spices—mint, dill, and cumin. But you have neglected the more important matters of the law—justice, mercy, and faithfulness. You should have practiced the latter, without neglecting the former.” (Matthew 23:23, NKJV)  Wow! I guess God really gets upset with injustice. He mentions justice in the same company as mercy and faith. That’s incredible. friend, which justice issues upset you? Anger is not always wrong. There are some things that should make us mad. God gets angry about a lot of things. Do you think God is angry about sex trafficking and the theft of purity, corruption and the loss of integrity, prejudice and the loss of honor? friend, there should be something that moves you. What is that one thing? What are you doing about it? Four years ago, I was so troubled by a few issues in Europe: the rise of socialism, the elimination of borders and violence by certain radical groups. I saw the same thing starting to grow in the USA. As I prayed, my passion turned into action. I felt compelled to raise my voice and get involved. I’ve asked God to help me make a difference. Bringing heaven to earth means clashing with the world systems. I want to be angry with the things God is angry with. I want to be passionate about the things that move God’s heart.  friend, do you want to care about justice issues? Are you willing to speak up? Are you willing to raise your voice at the things that move God’s heart? The Bible says that Noah was a preacher of righteousness.  friend, will you speak the truth in love? Will you fight to bring justice to the earthly realm? You can either fight for what’s right or fall for something wrong.  You’re a miracle.
