friend, your bag is overweight...
Today, co-writer Paul Marc Goulet wrote the message of "A Miracle Every Day". I pray his message and audio will bless you today.

It’s difficult to travel through tough times with too much weight. The coronavirus and its consequences have caused us to shed some unnecessary stuff.
Long-distance travel is the closest analogy I can compare this challenge to. I’ve been stopped with the overweight bag dilemma on more than one occasion. I’ve had to remove heavy objects and even leave them at the airport as gifts to some unknown traveler. I’ve gifted maple syrup, books and various knick-knacks. I’ve even had to pay for the extra weight.
Extra weight slows you down and costs you money. I believe all of us have struggled with compromise, failures and even direct disobedience to God. Trials and tribulations often expose our hidden baggage and the stuff that weighs us down.
James tells us we should “...count it all joy when you fall into various trials, knowing that the testing of your faith produces patience.” (James 1:2-3, NKJV)
friend, could it be that during this trial, you can get rid of the weights that have hindered you for years? Insecurity, fear, jealousy, bitterness and shame can be dropped at the local emotional dump. Peter said, “Cast all your care upon Him, for He cares for you.” (1 Peter 5:7, NKJV)
friend, God loves you, and He wants to help you be free of the garbage that slows you down. Use the pain of this trial to help you change and be free.
What’s costing you emotional and spiritual energy? Can you spend a few moments today to get rid of them? Have you confessed to God, a pastor, a counselor or a priest?
It's time to realize we’ve all sinned and fallen short, but God’s grace is bigger and stronger than sin. Carrying heavy burdens takes more energy than releasing them.
You’re worth it, because you’re a miracle.
