Would your life change if you had more power?

Imagine what it would be like to be Bill Gates, Oprah Winfrey, Barack Obama or Brad Pitt. Would your home, bank account and cars change? What would it be like to buy anything you wanted or walk into any restaurant without reservations? You could fly your own private jet to your own island oasis. The power of money, position and fame can be quite exhilarating.

Have you ever dreamt about being super powerful or rich in the world’s eyes? 

Now, let’s translate that to the supernatural realm. How would you feel about healing the sick, setting people free from bondage, giving prophecies that encourage millions or even raising the dead? Mark 16:17-18 reveals that it’s all possible for you: “And these signs will accompany those who believe: In my name they will drive out demons; they will speak in new tongues; they will pick up snakes with their hands; and when they drink deadly poison, it will not hurt them at all; they will place their hands on sick people, and they will get well.” (NIV)

Do you believe this is possible for you?           

Jesus died, rose from the dead, ascended to heaven and sent the promise of the Father to empower us to do the impossible. “Behold, I send the Promise of My Father upon you; but tarry in the city of Jerusalem until you are endued with power from on high.” (Luke 24:49, NKJV)

Pentecost Sunday can become the day of your power experience with God. 

Let’s get ready for the power download from heaven that Jesus promised:

• Step 1: Ask Jesus to forgive you for all your mistakes and sins. 
• Step 2: Ask Him to come into your life. (see Revelation 3:20, NIV)
• Step 3: Forgive everyone who has hurt, abused or cheated you. 
• Step 4: Invite the Holy Spirit to fill you. 
• Step 5: Allow Him to empower you and manifest Himself through you with gifts and fruit. 

You can start living with power every day. Pentecost Sunday is all about the missing ingredient in many Christians’ lives: power. A spirit-filled life is a power-filled life. 

That’s how you become a miracle.
