Sometimes, we have to go through circumstances that we don’t understand. The coronavirus, the acts of racism and hatred we’ve seen…this season, in many ways, has been heart-rending and confusing. But knowing that all things work together for our good encourages us and gives us hope for the future. The goal of the emails I’ll send you today and tomorrow is to engrave this truth into your heart: God is for you, and He’s causing everything to work together for your good!
Here is a remarkable promise: “And we know that God causes everything to work together for the good of those who love God and are called according to his purpose for them.” (the Bible, Romans 8:28, NLT)
You may know that you’re loved by God, but are you fully persuaded? Between the head and the heart, God desires to do His work in you!
“‘But as for me, I know that my Redeemer lives…’” (Job 19:25), Job said when he was tested and tried on all sides. Illness, grief, pain, suffering, spiritual attacks…and to top it all off, his wife was no help when, in her depression, she counseled him to “curse God and die.” (Job 2:9) Can you imagine?
Job was encouraged by neither his circumstances nor his loved ones. And even his friends reproached him, saying that if all of this had happened to him, it was surely because he had sinned against God…
But Job knew! He knew that his Savior lived and would rise up and take a stand for him. He knew that God would silence the enemy of his soul; the enemy of his family; the enemy of his health; the enemy who seeks only to steal, kill, and destroy. (see John 10:10)
I encourage you to hold firmly to this promise: “The God of peace will soon crush Satan under your feet.” (Romans 16:20) Have confidence! Your situation is temporary. God has already foreseen a way out.
You know in whom you have believed: the all-powerful God, the Creator of the universe, the Lord of Hosts, the Good Shepherd, the Alpha and Omega…also called the Lord God, the One who is, who was, and who is to come, the Almighty. (see Revelation 1:8)
So be persuaded, too, that you’re in His hand and that in Him, all things work together for your good!May you be empowered today as you listen to and declare the words of this beautiful song called “All Things” by David & Nicole Binion.

I’m 38 and I felt lonely a long time until I finally realized that God is always with me and I’m never alone. God wants us to know that joy ,peace, and happiness come from him and within and not the world/ man or women
Please ask the Lord to help you see and accomplish what needs to be accomplished in your singleness so when he does bless you with your soulmate you will be prepared.

I need to hold on to this promise that He is working even when I don’t see it because right now I have no clue as to what He is doing in the life of my son. He needs Jesus. He is facing another DUI and my heart can’t take anymore. I pray and I know God listens and answers because He protects my son from harm but I don’t understand why God is allowing him to continue to be unwise and not stop driving even after one drink. Please pray for favor with the courts but most importantly that my son recommits his life to Jesus. He declared Jesus his Lord when he was 12 so I know he belongs to Jesus, but has walked in his own will and strength and not Jesus’.
