Are you looking for a fight?

I had been on tour this weekend and, once again, sat in the car for nine hours.

And it was nine tedious hours, because the drive was from Germany to Austria, and it always jams up on a nice summer day. 🚗

The reason for traffic is usually because people want to admire the beautiful Lake Constance, and instead of driving 100km/hour, they slow down to 70 or even 60! Ah, that really tries my patience. To be honest, I would love to honk my horn and push through…

But I have a sticker on my car with the words, “Love is louder…” An important reminder for me at all times.

So at this moment, sitting in traffic, I could choose to ignore the phrase and let my frustration run wild. But what would happen? It would surely end in an argument. And both drivers would carry on, annoyed and angry. Or I might decide to love them, as it says on my car—love is LOUDER. 💗

Maybe I'll lose time, but it would be much worse would be to lose my joy because of a quarrel!

This is a real-life example, something we have all experienced. But could it be that you are no longer happy right now because you chose to quarrel instead of love?

Strife takes away the joy that love would give you!

It's not always easy, but it is worth everything. Where there is no love, you can put love!
