“Are you on "shaky ground"?”

Here’s some good news today: Whatever comes your way, you can let it roll right off today!
Actually, I could end it right here, haha. 😂 But let me share with you—through the words of Heaven—what I just said to you in my own words, friend:“Anyone who trusts in him will never be disgraced.” (Romans 10:11 NLT)
Personally, I think that’s an incredible verse! I want to write it on my heart and never, ever forget it!
Are you standing firm and secure right now, friend, trusting in God? I would love to hear your answer. If you aren’t, there could be many reasons—perhaps you're asking yourself: “God, why have you allowed all of this in my life right now?”
But sometimes, there’s a completely different reason why we might not fully trust God anymore… and that’s what I want to shine a light on today. 🔦 I say “shine a light” intentionally because it requires God’s light to reveal this darkness.
Recently, someone close to me hurt me deeply. “Déborah, I don’t think what you’re preaching and saying is good. I can’t support it.”
Believe me, I questioned myself, prayed with my mother about it 🙏, and took this “accusation” very seriously.
Then, I found out that this person, who meant so much to me, said it because they themselves were doubting the Word of God—and therefore, my words too. friend, sin has always created distance between people and God. Look at the first humans: Adam and Eve. Only when we lay our sin at the cross can we live fully trusting God again.
Today, I ask you, today I ask myself: “Have we allowed something to come between us and God we’d be better off staying away from?” Is THIS the reason why we’re not experiencing what it truly means when it says:
“Anyone who trusts in him will never be disgraced.” (Romans 10:11 NLT)
I pray that God reveals this to us from above—and frees us from it through His forgiving love! 💕
You are a miracle!
