Get to it!
A missed call. Oh well, someone left a message on voicemail.
"Well great, my tire change appointment got canceled." And that's even though I'm already running late. "Please get in touch so we can quickly reschedule," I heard the end of the message.
But I wasn't in the mood. Do you know that feeling, friend? Another delay, another rescheduling, another trip there. When and how am I supposed to fit that in? So I didn't call back. Because I didn't have a solution.
When the phone rang again in the evening and I saw the workshop's number, I hesitated at first. But then I thought, "Déborah, if you don't pick up, it can't move forward."
How true. If you want to move forward, you have to get to it. And you know what, friend? The more you keep pushing everything for later, the fewer options you'll have.
I had waited a whole day, so the mechanic had already talked to other customers whose appointments needed to be rescheduled. Now I could only take the slots that were left.
But God wants the best for you, friend. That's why today I want to encourage you not to ignore God's call, God's prompting, but to answer when He says:
"I will heal you and make you well again…" (Jeremiah 30:17 NLT)
Don't think: "Yeah, yeah, that's probably for others. I can't believe it today. Maybe tomorrow." No, friend. While God certainly still has enough power, strength and time to help you tomorrow, He wants you to be free today so you can pass on that freedom tomorrow!
friend, seize the freedom given to you today to pass on that freedom tomorrow! Only if you get to it today, will it continue that way with you tomorrow... and it would be a shame to miss out on THAT! 😀
You are a miracle!
