Have you ever seen a miracle?

Publication date Nov 4, 2021

A Miracle Every Day is growing because of the power of prayer. Our prayer team members are believing God for your needs. They are asking Him for physical, emotional, and relational breakthroughs for you. I am also appealing to heaven on your behalf. The Bible says, “‘For where two or three gather in My name, there am I with them.’” (Matthew 18:20, NIV)

Please don’t hesitate to share with us your challenges, battles, and goals. I know that God loves you and answers prayers. We love you, too. “This is the confidence we have in approaching God: that if we ask anything according to His will, He hears us.” (1 John 5:14, NIV) I’m confident in the promises of God and the countless miracles I’ve seen Him do.

I’d like to share one amazing miracle that demonstrates that God has a great sense of humor and that He can use anyone to release the power of prayer. I was in Alaska, volunteering at a series of meetings that focused on healing. 10,000 people jammed into an arena, and the worship was powerful. These people came expecting miracles. They came full of faith in a God who heals. Those moments in prayer, the Word, and worship were drenched in faith. Jesus once told a healed man who had suffered from leprosy, “‘Rise and go; your faith has made you well.’” (Luke 17:19, NIV)

That night would forever change my view of prayer and the love of God for His people. During one intimate moment near the end of the service, we were told to go into the crowd and pray for people’s needs. As I walked the aisles, I saw an older native American Indian woman and felt led to pray for her. I didn’t know her, but God did. I asked her to lift her hands to God as a form of surrender and faith. As she lifted both arms to the sky in worship, her family started screaming and crying. Shocked, I asked a man standing next to her what was so exciting. He screamed in my ear, “She couldn’t lift both arms—she had a stroke!” Wow, God was moving! My faith was pumped up, so I asked him if there was anything else she could not do. He responded, “She can’t speak.” So I asked the lady, “Can you speak?” She replied, “No, I can’t.”

God healed her that night through a simple command: “Lift up your hands.” She was healed, and I was filled with faith in a good God “who is able to do exceedingly abundantly above all that we ask or think, according to the power that works in us.” (Ephesians 3:20, NKJV) friend, she could lift up her hands to God, talk, walk, and even run. The family was healed in ways that were seen and unseen.

friend, what miracles and answers do you need from God? Let’s join in prayer and watch what He will do because He loves to answer your prayers.
