Are you aware of THIS?
Here’s a question for you: “Are we—you and I—really excited about what our faith in the living God means for our everyday lives?”
This question goes deep, so I want to repeat it: “Are you really excited about what your faith in the living God means for your everyday life?”
Let me explain this thought with an example: a friend of mine is a cosmetician, and for years she raved to me about this one brand. At some point, despite the relatively high price, I finally gave in and treated myself to something from it. Shortly afterward—no joke—I see those exact products sitting on her shelf: 50% off.
Surprised, I looked at her, and she casually said, “Oh, those products aren’t any good in the long run. I’ve switched to another brand.” 😳
Do you know what I realized then?
Your faith in Jesus Christ is the most valuable thing you can pass on. And even if your own faith should waver at times, what you’ve given out of love will continue to work in others.
What you sow in faith is not lost, even when circumstances sometimes overwhelm you!
That’s true. That is the truth.
“Let us not become weary in doing good.” (Galatians 6:9, NIV)
…And in passing on what is good.
You are allowed to pass on your faith with enthusiasm, because everyone will experience its impact for themselves!
I’ll go even further: your faith carries the very power your neighbor has been longing for for a long time!
Every time you pass on your faith, you’re giving the very best you could ever give. No false advertising, no product meant only for a certain time.
The power of faith is real and for everyone, which is why it would be selfish not to pass it on!
I hope this reminder today encourages all of us to think about how blessed we are to already know Jesus—and also to think about whom we might pass on this most precious gift of all to today.
You are a miracle!
