God doesn’t make mistakes, *FNAME|*

Publication date Mar 9, 2026

God truly doesn’t make mistakes.

If I say that so directly today, it’s because we need to become deeply aware of it. What you’re experiencing right now—yes, the very thing that hurts so much—actually has meaning and purpose.

And even if that purpose is simply that you finally take time for Him again. Yes, even if right now more questions and complaints than gratitude are coming from your mouth.

God would rather allow it to “hurt” for a moment than let you go down the wrong path…

…A path where your relationship suffers, where your connection fades.

Think about this—and it’s an intense thought: God looks into your home. The place where you once began your day with Him. The place where you sang out loud, “You are great, a God who does wonders,” and truly believed it. But right now, what He sees is someone getting up, starting the coffee machine, barely managing a smile, and allowing heavy thoughts to take over.

You know, you always have a choice: to allow heavy thoughts in, or allow His love in.

It breaks God’s heart when people go through their day—through their lives—without understanding His great love and care.

That’s why He would rather allow it to “hurt” than have you go through the day without Him. He’s simply trying to remind you of Himself.

If you’re going through a particularly difficult season right now, consider whether you may not be spending enough time with Him. This isn’t a reproach—it’s a reminder of the greatest love in the world, the love He offers you! ❤️

Let yourself fall into His arms today. And yes, even if the only words you can say to Him are, “Where are You, God? Why are You allowing this?”—talk to Him. Because He has something to say to you. Today.

“Commit your way to the Lord; trust in Him, and He will do this.” (Psalm 37:5, NIV

Because God doesn’t make mistakes. His plan stands: “I want a relationship with you.”

You are a miracle!
