You need to hear this!

Publication date May 9, 2026

We don’t need to sugarcoat it—we all know those moments when everything feels like it’s getting on top of us.

Recently, I had ordered new furniture, but now it was sitting in big cardboard boxes in my hallway, and I couldn’t move them—let alone assemble them—by myself.

After tripping over those boxes for three days straight, frustration set in: “Why is there no one here to help me? I always have to find a solution for everything on my own.”

I don’t know if you’ve experienced this… But thoughts like these can really carry you away. If I’m honest, my thoughts went even further—to this point: “When I need something for ‘A Miracle for Every Day,’ I get help. But when it’s something personal…” 🫣

One of those evenings, I read the following verse:

“‘You are my witnesses,’ declares the LORD, ‘and my servant whom I have chosen, that you may know and believe me and understand that I am he.’” (Isaiah 43:10, ESV, emphasis mine)

This verse really hit me hard! Because I truly believe that I trust God completely. But in everyday moments like these, when I’m putting together furniture…?

Had I asked God for help?

No. Because surely He’s not going to show up around the corner with a screwdriver.

And this is exactly where we often think wrongly as humans. We reason, “Can God help practically here? No. Then there’s no solution. A person is needed.”

And immediately, the downward spiral of thoughts begins: “No one helps me. I’m always alone…”And that clearly does NOT reflect trust in God.

Because for God, it is easy to move a person’s heart and to meet us in our need!

And one more thing is important: no angel 🪽 with a screwdriver 🪛 fell from heaven to help me.I had to take action and ask for help!

Sometimes, no angel falls from heaven because there are already so many standing right beside you. Trust your God—even in everyday situations—because He will reward that trust too!

You are a miracle!
