Not Everything That Matters Is Visible

Publication date Nov 6, 2026

Did you wake up feeling content this morning? Or is yesterday’s day still weighing on you?

You worked, you were there for others, you prayed for them, cooked for your family, ran errands, and maybe even made it to your small group. In short, you ran around all day giving it everything you had.

And yet, no one saw it. 🙁No applause. No thank-you. No likes. No big results.

That’s exactly when this thought creeps in: “Did any of that even matter? Do I matter?”

We live in a world that celebrates visibility.

The successes of “the big names” are shared all over the internet. But what about “the little people”?

From our perspective today, Paul would be considered a “big name.” But in his own time, he was much more likely to be considered one of the “little people.”

Yet, he thought completely differently than we do today. He writes:

“Don’t think you are better than you really are.” (Romans 12:3)

And:

“Now it is required that those who have been given a trust must prove faithful.” (1 Corinthians 4:2)

Not famous, seen, celebrated or put on the big stage.

Simply, FAITHFUL.

That changes the standard the world has set, doesn’t it?

Maybe no one will see how often you invest in others. Maybe no one knows about the prayers you’ve been praying for years. Maybe no one sees you continuing to pursue that big dream God has placed on your heart. And maybe no one sees the decisions you make every day to trust God again.

But God sees them.

…and that’s enough.

Thinking like Paul means realizing:People may overlook your faithfulness, but God sees it all. ✨

Maybe your life is bearing much more fruit than you realize right now, because:

Not everything that matters is visible. 😉

I want to encourage you from the bottom of my heart today: Keep going. K-e-e-p g-o-i-n-g. 🤲

Because, again: People may overlook your faithfulness, but God sees it all. ✨

You are a miracle!
