Never give up, never surrender

Today, co-writer Paul Marc Goulet wrote the message of "A Miracle Every Day". I pray his message and audio will bless you today. -- “Quitters never win, and winners never quit.”  These are the words of my father. He was a WW2 veteran, a member of the special forces and president of a large corporation. He was the toughest and most stubborn man I ever met, but he was my dad. I will always have massive respect for him. His sayings echo in my mind. Every time I think of quitting or taking the easy way out, I remember his words and his life. Have you ever quit on a job, a relationship or a calling? I have found this tendency in many people, including myself. I’ve had to fight it with all my heart at times.  friend, have you fought or given in to the urge to quit?  I’ve looked for examples to inspire me and found that Winston Churchill was such a person. His leadership during the Second World War has become legendary. While London was being bombed, he encouraged the British to keep fighting. He famously said, “I will never surrender.” I’d like to encourage you to forget the term surrender. Lose “I give up” from your vocabulary. In the Bible, the Apostle Paul encourages you and me to fix our eyes on Jesus: “the author and perfecter of faith, who for the joy set before Him endured the cross...” (Hebrews‬ ‭12:2‬, ‭NASB‬‬) friend... I believe that your miracle is just beyond your greatest effort. Your breakthrough is just one more day of faithfulness or one more act of kindness. Please make a decision to never quit, and watch God respond in the nick of time. Winning becomes a habit, and quitting becomes a habit. It’s up to you to choose your habits.
