The prayer that breaks chains 🛡️

Publication date Sep 24, 2025

“But deliver us from the evil one.” (Matthew 6:13 NIV)

There is real evil in the world.

And sometimes, if we’re honest, it creeps too close to home—into our thoughts, our relationships, even our sense of identity.

That’s why Jesus taught us to pray this line every day.

Not out of fear, but out of faith.

Not as a panic reaction, but as a declaration: “I belong to the King. Deliver me.”

We don’t fight evil with willpower—we fight it with the cross and from the cross.

Because Jesus has already won. And now, His victory becomes our protection.

Reader Lisa shared with me:

“I lived captive to fear of rejection. Then I heard God whisper, ‘Trust My love more than their opinions.’ As I did, fear loosened its grip.”

That’s deliverance. It’s not always dramatic. But it’s always holy.

Every time fear loses its grip, every time light enters your mind again—that’s God at work.

🧡 Your house of prayer isn’t just a refuge. It’s a stronghold of light. Evil flees when you pray with authority.

Today’s miracle thought: The One who lives in you is greater than the darkness around you.
