This is going to be a GOOD DAY! 😉

Publication date Aug 12, 2025

And why shouldn’t today be a good day? 😃

For some reason, we humans tend to start the day with a little bit of skepticism: “We’ll see…”

“We’ll see what the weather’s like.”“We’ll see what kind of mood my boss is in.”“We’ll see if my car starts.”“We’ll see how the kids are acting today.”“We’ll see how many emails are waiting in my inbox.”

But what if we flipped that mindset and said instead:

“Let’s see how God encourages me today!”“Let’s see where God shows up unexpectedly!”“Let’s see which encounter touches my heart today!”“Let’s see how He gives me strength when I least expect it.”“Let’s see how God reminds me: ‘I’m right here!’”

And: “Let’s see how I get to be a blessing to someone else today!”

So it’s not about thinking, “Let’s see if it’ll be a good day,” but rather focusing on, “Let’s see how God is going to move today!”

Think about it: You don’t know what the day holds, but you do know the One who made it.

“This is the day the Lord has made. We will rejoice and be glad in it.” (Psalm 118:24, NLT)

Psalm 118 also says, “What no one thought possible, the Lord has done before our very eyes!”(Psalm 118:23, paraphrased from NIV)

Do you believe that for today?

Because God isn’t just present on special days. Not just on holidays, or Sunday mornings in church, or when you’re feeling extra spiritual. He’s the God of Monday mornings. The God of full shopping bags and screaming-kid days. The God who brings peace in the middle of chaos, and strength right in the middle of your exhaustion.

So go ahead—change your words: Not “Let’s see if it’ll be good,” but “Let’s see how God will move today!”

And maybe, by the end of the day, you’ll be saying: “Wow. I didn’t see that coming. But God really was there.”

I can’t wait to hear about it… 🤗

You are a miracle!
