THIS is what the Church needs today 💒

Just the other night, I was lying in bed watching documentaries, especially those where people who left churches or faith communities shared their stories. People who were once deeply involved in church life and then walked away.
I know this is a sensitive topic, but I need to talk about it because something they said really hit me. Almost all of them shared some version of this:
“I wasn’t allowed to do this, or that. When I made a mistake, I was out.I always had to do this, had to do that.It just became unbearable.”
That same day, I had read Luke 11: “...You crush people with unbearable religious demands.” (Luke 11:46 NLT) To me, that wasn’t a coincidence. I truly believe God often speaks through these kinds of moments, and He wants us to pay attention.
That’s why I hope with all my ❤️ that we can make this decision to love. This is my prayer:
“I want to love people just as they are. Because I remember who I’ve been. And because God’s grace is the same for every single one of us.” (see Romans 3:23-24)
We don’t need to fight those who are already against us. Let’s be there for the ones who are still searching.
And everyone who walks into a church—despite doubts and past mistakes—or who reaches out to you, is someone who’s searching. Have you ever seen it that way?
Let’s love—without trying to fix or reshape people.
Just imagine: Someone expects to be judged, but instead they get a hug. Someone expects to be told they must earn love, but instead, they’re allowed to simply be. 😍
“Therefore, accept each other just as Christ has accepted you so that God will be given glory.” (Romans 15:7 NLT)
And if you are one of those people who’ve been hurt by the Church— I want to say from the bottom of my heart: I’m so sorry. People make mistakes—we all do.
But God’s grace gives us the strength to forgive and to stand up again.
Thank you for your love.
You are a miracle!
