Watch out!

I came back dog-tired from a really strong performance and just wanted to go to bed. What I experienced there was simply overwhelming, and I wanted to celebrate that!

But I was so tired from all the effort. 😴 And when I'm tired... Yes, I know that very well by now... Then it becomes dangerous...

Because the devil wakes up when you get tired! Because the work of the devil against you often begins after your work for God!

This may sound dramatic for you at first, but I have had so many experiences with this that I absolutely have to share it with you today! 

Because maybe you are even in the middle of such a fight! And we know that this usually begins with the thoughts: "You are not good enough. If people knew what you are really like..."

And maybe—even right after you've done something "good" for God—you've really failed. Yes, sinned. That doesn't change the fact that God's grace is STILL with you:

“For it is by grace you have been saved, through faith—and this is not from yourselves, it is the gift of God—not by works, so that no one can boast.” (Ephesians 2:8-9, NIV). 

So, if the devil wants to get you down today—especially because you're tired right now, tired of everything that's going on—be awake enough to realize that God is still for you. God still loves you just as much as He did yesterday (see Hebrews 13:8) and wants you to stay happy… today!

Because, remember: “But God is so rich in mercy, and he loved us so much.” (Ephesians 2:4, NLT) ❤️ 

The devil wakes up when you get tired. But your God never sleeps!

...and THEREFORE you can be so very happy today!

You are a miracle!
