What you believe isn’t always the truth...

Publication date Jul 18, 2025

And what if the things you’ve held onto for so many years aren’t even true?

Here’s a small example: maybe you’ve believed for years that hair grows back faster after it’s cut. I hope this doesn’t disappoint you too much, but that’s a myth. 😉 You’re not cutting the root where growth happens.

The woman with the bleeding in Luke 8 absolutely blows me away in this context! She had been suffering for 12 years, and because of her condition, she was considered unclean. EVERYTHING she touched was considered unclean, too. She wasn’t even allowed to go to the temple—she was socially isolated and had to live out her faith completely alone! 😞 Just imagine that! She couldn’t just hop online and order a Bible and study books on Amazon…

And yet—yet—she dared to break through what everyone else believed with what was actually TRUE! Everyone believed: “You can only go to the temple—or to Jesus—if you’re clean.” That’s what was taught.

So why—why—why did she still run to Him when Jesus passed by, just to touch the edge of His robe? 🤔 Based on what EVERYONE believed, she could’ve dropped dead for doing that!

I believe Jesus must have radiated such love that she just knew: “Where Jesus is, there’s no exclusion. Yes, where Jesus is, EVERYONE matters.

And if you’ve ever felt excluded? If you realize that certain religious beliefs have been drilled into you that have nothing to do with the indescribable love of Jesus, then it’s time to move toward Him. Draw near to Jesus personally, and let Him show you what is REALLY TRUE.

“You will know the truth, and the truth will set you free.” (John 8:32 NLT)

👉 Where people point fingers at you, Jesus wants to heal your heart with love. ❤️

That’s Jesus. That’s love. That’s what a personal relationship with Jesus Christ looks like.

You are a miracle!
