God is claiming “owner’s use”

Publication date Jun 24, 2026

Many years ago, when I became known as “the singing flight attendant” and suddenly had the chance to work with the managers and the producers—people everyone admired and celebrated—I was over the moon: “You’ve made it!”

I had “made it” by human standards… But missed the heavenly purpose of my life.

And that truth is not something we enjoy hearing. 🫣

Shortly after that emotional high, God spoke very clearly

“I, your God, am taking you on a different path than the one people are showing you.”

It was a moment that hurt deeply. Almost like the day I found a letter in my mailbox from my landlord: “Termination due to owner’s use.” 😳

Back then, I could not understand it at all. But today I see that this “termination” was actually a huge blessing.

And that’s exactly why God allowed a similar “notice” in my life: “Termination due to owner’s use.” 👑

I was meant to serve Him. God didn’t want me to use the gift He gave me just to entertain. He wanted it to bring life.

That is a massive difference.

Are you living for something that simply entertains others, or for something that truly matters before God? For God?

Maybe God is shaking things up in your life right now. Maybe something is changing that you don’t understand. If so, let me encourage you. With this “termination,” God is actually announcing something new.

“Termination due to owner’s use”—He wants you fully for Himself. For a purpose that carries power. Not just to entertain, but to bring life.

Do you see how clearly this well-known verse speaks into this today:

“The thief comes only to steal and kill and destroy; I have come that they may have life, and have it to the full.” (John 10:10, NIV

Your gift is God-given—don’t let something that only looks successful take it away from its true purpose.

You are a miracle!
