Don’t give up now!

Publication date Jul 31, 2025

All I want to say to you today is: “Pray, pray!” And maybe you’ve already been praying this whole time—then let me say this to you today: “Keep praying, keep praying!” 🙏🙏🙏

I say this because—and I’m so excited and motivated to share this with you today—I’ve just been freshly encouraged to do exactly that: to keep praying.

Let’s take a look at the Old Testament. It says: “While Samuel was sacrificing the burnt offering, the Philistines drew near to engage Israel in battle. But that day the Lord thundered with a loud thunder against the Philistines and threw them into such a panic that they were routed before the Israelite … So the Philistines were subdued and they stopped invading Israel’s territory.” (1 Samuel 7:10, 13)

Ah, I love how it says: “While Samuel was sacrificing the burnt offering, the Philistines drew near … But that day…”

Samuel was offering a sacrifice to God. This was after (which you’ll see if you read the whole chapter), he had already prayed so much—and still, nothing had changed!

You know that feeling, too, right?

Maybe you’ve never really prayed intentionally for your situation, then it’s not so surprising that nothing is happening. Or maybe you’ve already prayed SO MANY TIMES for your miracle and feel like you just can’t anymore—but that day…💫

Yes, we will always experience that “but that day” when we keep praying! 🎉

I love how much you can take from this ONE verse! One more time—it says: While Samuel was sacrificing the burnt offering, the Philistines drew near to engage Israel in battle…(1 Samuel 7:10)

Translated into your life, that could mean: “While you were asking God for a financial miracle, the next big bill showed up in your mailbox.” 😧

💫 And right there, you can expect heaven’s “...but that day...” 💫

You can STILL expect God to move! Your problem may be getting closer, but it will retreat again: while we keep praying, not just hoping for God to move, but expecting Him to!

“But that day…” It’s when God shows up! 👊 I believe it!

You are a miracle!
