This will get you back on your feet! 😃

Publication date Aug 1, 2025

Are you feeling a little distant from God right now? Is there something on your mind that might be the reason? Something only you know about?

Then let’s face it head-on so you can experience a day filled with joy! 😃

I don’t even need to know what it is. It’s enough to know that God’s love is the answer—no matter what it is!

Look at this: “...God’s promise to give the whole earth to Abraham and his descendants
” (Romans 4:13a)

Woah, Abraham must have done a lot of things right to inherit such a big promise from God. He must have lived perfectly, never had a negative thought, and followed the law flawlessly. đŸ€”

Nope. Just no. Abraham, for example, lied. He went to Egypt and got scared because his wife, Sarai (Sarah), was beautiful. So he said she was his sister, not his wife—because he was afraid they’d kill him (see Genesis 12:13).

And he did it again! This time with Abimelech. “Abraham introduced his wife, Sarah, by saying, ‘She is my sister.’” (Genesis 20:2)

I could give you even more proof of Abraham’s humanity, but what matters for you to know is this: Abraham made mistakes, too—but that didn’t create distance between him and God!

Because the verse we started with goes on to say: “Clearly, God’s promise to give the whole earth to Abraham and his descendants was based not on his obedience to God’s law, but on a right relationship with God that comes by faith.” (Romans 4:13) 🎉🎉

Translated into your everyday life, it means: “Even when YOUR HEART doesn’t want to MESS up—but you still do, SIMPLY BECAUSE YOU ARE HUMAN—nothing about God’s plan for your life changes, as long as you believe in Him!”

That’s why it would be such a shame to quit today—your failure is not final
 God leads the way! 💛

I hope this lifts you back up today, because God hasn’t left you. Ask Him for forgiveness, tell Him you’re sorry—and then: get up and live!

You are a miracle!
