Your miracle package has a sender… 📦

Have you ever wondered whether you would have liked to be one of Jesus’ disciples? 🤔 That must have been incredible—constantly expecting miracles everywhere!

And yet it says: “For they still didn’t understand the significance of the miracle of the loaves. Their hearts were too hard to take it in.” (Mark 6:52, NLT)

The disciples saw a lot—probably more than we will ever see. Bread multiplying. Jesus walking on water as if it were solid ground.

And still, these doubts: "Their hearts were too hard to take it in.” (Mark 6:52, NLT)

You might ask: to take what in? Wasn’t the miracle the message from God? Good question—and no.

Because when God performs a miracle, He doesn’t want us to admire the miracle alone—but the One who performs it.

Every miracle has only one sender. But many people admire only the package…

And this year, it will be important for us to truly recognize the sender, because miracles can actually distract us if we’re not careful. Oooh… I did tell you that this year we’re going deeper!” 😉

At that moment, it wasn’t even about the multiplication of the bread. The disciples had already heard of such miracles from the ancient stories. Manna in the wilderness. A God who provides. A God who parts the sea.

Jesus wasn’t doing anything new here. He was doing what His Father has ALWAYS been able to do.

And through this, He was saying: this is God—right here among you! 👑

And because He is with you, there is no reason for worry to consume you.

That was the message that didn’t reach their hearts. That’s what is meant by:"Their hearts were too hard to take it in.” (Mark 6:52, NLT) 

And today, we want to make a conscious decision to understand exactly this: Jesus IS in my life. I do not have to experience my miracle FIRST! 

…and therefore, I will lay down every fear—starting NOW!
