The Truth About Your Value!

Do you know what’s beautiful about today? That God loves you! ❤️ Yes, you. (Even before you’ve brushed your teeth!) 

And today He can make possible what you never thought possible!

Or do you really believe that God favors some people and makes them more successful just because they were born into “those” families, or because they took the right paths early in life?

No. Absolutely not.

There is no one more valuable than you. And there is no one less valuable. Before God, we are all equal.

Listen closely to these two verses: 

“...one God and Father of all, who is over all and through all and in all.” (Ephesians 4:6, NIV)  

and: “For God does not show favoritism.” (Romans 2:11, NIV)  

So don’t devalue yourself, while God is clearly showing you your worth! 

Again: “...one God and Father of all, who is over ALL and through all and in all.” (Ephesians 4:6, NIV, emphasis mine)  

This week in Burkina Faso, I get to experience this truth all over again! There are people who have so much less, yet radiate such confidence and faith. 

They truly understand how valuable they are to God, and it almost intimidates me. How often do I catch myself thinking: “I wish I had what they have!”

And yet we often think we need to travel to Africa to help people! But I’ve met people here who understand their value is God-given: “I will not let anyone take that away!”

…I don’t even have to live in another country for that. 😉

I encourage YOU today: Your value is God-given. Live out this value! 

Why? Because you are WORTH it!

You are a miracle!
