THIS Can Happen Unexpectedly...

Are you thinking right now with disappointment: "If someone had helped me, this could have worked out?"

Or maybe even: "If my boss had paid me more, I could take vacations by the sea like everyone else?" 🏖️

I can understand how frustrating that can be. But could it be that you are expecting help from the wrong place? Because have you ever heard how clearly God speaks about situations like these?

"This is what the Lord says: 'Cursed is the one who trusts in man, who draws strength from mere flesh and whose heart turns away from the Lord.'" (Jeremiah 17:5)  

Wow... it doesn't get much more direct than that...

Could it be that sometimes we remain disappointed because we expect a person to open a closed door for us, while God can open that very door through OUR prayers?

I just heard a powerful testimony.

A man who started his own business and invested in the Kingdom of God is now retired. And suddenly, someone appeared who told him he would pay his retirement income until the day he goes to heaven!

Wow!

➡️ Could he have expected that? No!➡️ Could he have prayed for it? Yes!

So pray for the things that CAN happen unexpectedly!

Because nothing is impossible for God—even in your life!

Be encouraged, because as the verse continues:

"But blessed is the one who trusts in the Lord, whose confidence is in him. They will be like a tree planted by the water that sends out its roots by the stream. It does not fear when heat comes; its leaves are always green. It has no worries in a year of drought and never fails to bear fruit." (Jeremiah 17:7–8)  

May you experience THAT!

...Maybe even through an unexpected invitation for a vacation. 😉⛱️
