What YOU do makes a difference!

God sees you in all that you do for Him, and He also knows what YOU need!

Stop right now… I don’t want you to immediately think: “But I’m not really doing anything…” Because in reality, 

➟ Every time you love someone who doesn’t deserve it...➟ Every time you cook a warm meal for your kids and care for them➟ Every time you take care of your now-elderly parents…➟ Every time you choose to forgive, despite everything…➟ Every time you smile at a stranger on the street…

…you’ve done something for God: You’ve cared for His creation!

Because in these acts of love, you show who you belong to: Jesus Himself!

Lived-out love is a powerful testimony!

Jesus says: “Whoever publicly acknowledges me before others, the Son of Man will also acknowledge before the angels of God.” (Luke 12:8 NIV)  

Confessing God doesn’t only happen from a big stage, but just as much through your everyday love! Because words alone are not actions.

💭 Think about it: Actions speak louder than the loudest words… (see James 1:22)

Do you know what comes right before that verse in Luke about acknowledging God? It says, "What is the price of five sparrows—two copper coins? Yet God does not forget a single one of them … So don’t be afraid; you are more valuable to God than a whole flock of sparrows!” (Luke 12:6-7 NLT) 

You know, in this big world, we can often feel like a small, insignificant sparrow. But the word “insignificant” doesn’t exist in God’s vocabulary! Everything He created has meaning! Everything, everything! Even the little sparrow, which back then was sold for a few cents as a “poor man’s snack”!

Today, that wouldn’t even compare to a pretzel—a pretzel would be way more valuable. It’s more like a single gummy bear.

And still Jesus says: “God does not forget a single one of them.” (Luke 12:6 NLT)

Don’t worry that God doesn’t see you, because what He created is what He loves!

He sees and loves you. You!
