What are you expecting from God?

For the thing I greatly feared has come upon me, the Bible says (Job 3:25), but what I believe, that too will happen to me! (Matthew 8:13).  When I expect divine interventions, I just know they will happen! It is done to us according to our faith, the Bible says. (Matthew 9:29)
What are you expecting from God? Are you expecting miracles today? Even “little” miracles?

For example, whenever I need a parking place, I like to put my faith into action…I know in advance that God is going to provide for that need. And I watch it happen! One day when we were going to a meeting in Paris, near the point de l’Étoile roundabout, someone in the car asked me, “How are we going to find a parking place?” I answered, “No worries, God has already provided.” And sure enough, when we arrived in front of the meeting place, a car pulled out at that exact moment, leaving a free place for us!

The person in my car exclaimed, “I was a taxi driver in Paris for years and I never saw anything like that. It’s miraculous!” What happened? I simply involved God in the matter. And with time, as my faith became stronger, it was “natural” for me to believe that God was going to provide a parking place for me.

Faith is a bit like a muscle. If you use it, it becomes stronger. Today, step out in faith! Begin to involve God in the details of your life and watch the results. It’s an open door to miracles!
