Did you know that God cares about the small things?

There are times when I think, without meaning or even wanting to…“God doesn’t care about that detail. I’m not going to bother Him with it. Why pray about something so small?” And so I miss, perhaps, the blessing and miracle that the Lord would’ve wanted to bestow upon me.

The Word of God declares, “‘Are not two sparrows sold for a copper coin? And not one of them falls to the ground apart from your Father’s will.’” (the Bible, Matthew 10:29)

We often get the impression that God is so great that He doesn’t take an interest in the little details of our lives. But that’s not true…God loves us and desires to show us His goodness. Every aspect of our existence counts in His eyes, and He wants to be involved in our lives and walk with us each day.

So today, I encourage you to believe that God cares about your daily life, about what you’re going through and feeling.

I invite you to pray with me if you’d like…“Lord Jesus, I believe that You are everywhere, including in my life, and that You want to show me Your goodness. I choose today to trust You with every detail of my life, big and small, and to fully rely on You! In Your name, amen.”
