Give the Lord “carte blanche”!

In the gospel of John, we can read the story of a man who’d been sick for years and was lying beside the pool of Bethesda.

“When Jesus saw him lying there, and knew that he already had been in that condition a long time, He said to him, ‘Do you want to be made well?’” (the Bible, John 5:6)

The question is astonishing because the answer seems obvious. The man answers, “Sir, I have no man to put me into the pool when the water is stirred up; but while I am coming, another steps down before me.”

The typical “procedure” at the pool of Bethesda, if you will, was the following…

• An angel stirred up the water,
• A sick man stepped into the pool,
• The sick man was healed.

And what does Jesus do? He heals this man. How? By commanding him to stand up, take up his bed, and walk.

Jesus left the beaten path, the established system for healing a man.

Do you believe that God can act in your life? Are you ready to radically trust Him? To the point of giving Him “carte blanche” on “how” He will do it?

My friend, God loves you and He will never do anything to harm you. If you want to see the situation that’s weighing on you change for the better, I invite you to trust God completely and receive your miracle today!
