Your life has a purpose!

The society we live in conditions us to pursue success, a rewarding professional career, and personal development…And while these things are certainly good, they’re also far from sufficient. Why? Because God created us with a special destiny that’s reserved for each of us.

Here’s what the Bible reveals to us: “‘I knew you before I formed you in your mother’s womb. Before you were born I set you apart and appointed you…’” (Jeremiah 1:5, NLT)

God wrote your whole story, and He wrote it long before you were born. He created you to serve Him! He set you apart; He already knows the plans for peace and happiness that will take place over the course of your life…if, of course, you let Him reign in your life.

Perhaps you’re still wondering what the purpose of your life is…maybe although you really want to feel useful, you don’t have a clear purpose.

It’s the time to take action! God wants to use you, His child, to touch and lift up this perishing world.

• You are the Father’s arms of love surrounding the coworker suffering in silence.
• You are God’s hands upholding and guiding a downcast neighbor.
• You are the Lord’s mouth lifting up a loved one who doesn’t know Jesus yet.
• You are God’s ears listening, with compassion, to a hurting friend.

Wherever you go, God accompanies you. His presence, His anointing, and His healing power are with you and in you. He has not given you a spirit of fear, but of power, of love, and of a sound mind! (Read 2 Timothy 1:7, NKJV) 

Pray with me…“Father, thank You for revealing to me that my life has a purpose, thanks to You! I ask You to guide me so that I can bless all those You send to me. Use me to change this world with Your love. In Jesus’ name, amen.”
