Do you consider yourself to be ordinary?

Today, my hope is to encourage you to fully enter in to God’s promises for your life.

God has a destiny for you, and I want to share with you a bit of my own experience to help you walk along the path to its fulfillment.

During a trip to Dallas, Texas, I was invited to a dinner with friends. A man named Dr. Henry Blackaby said that evening, “If you obey Jesus, if you throw the net, you will have the most abundant and most extraordinary catch of your whole life.”

That evening, God placed this deep conviction in me: He does extraordinary things with ordinary people. I understood that this word was for me…a nd today I’m telling you… this word is for you, too!

“‘I, the Lord, have called You in righteousness, and will hold Your hand; I will keep You and give You as a covenant to the people, as a light to the Gentiles.’” (the Bible, Isaiah 42:6)

It was through this verse that God called me to serve Him when I was only 19 years old and was very young in the faith. Today, I can confidently tell you that this same God who created the Earth and the whole universe, who called everything your eyes see into existence, has chosen you to live an extraordinary life!

You have not been created to live “little” dreams and a “little” life. Certainly, things always start small, but under the hand of the Almighty God, they will grow! God is the God of life and multiplication. And I know that He wants to use you to spread His life, love, and power.

If you feel ordinary, I have good news: with God, you will walk in the extraordinary!
