Give it all to Jesus!

Do you dare express your needs to God? It’s a bit like handing over your difficulties, placing them directly in God’s hands. It’s from that gesture on that He can and wants to act on your behalf, by His power.

The Bible reveals to us that God created everything through and for Jesus:

“For by Him all things were created that are in heaven and that are on earth, visible and invisible, whether thrones or dominions or principalities or powers. All things were created through Him and for Him.” (see the Bible, Colossians 1:16)

As the Word of God, it’s Jesus who created the universe and everything in it. It’s also for Him, for His glory, that everything exists.

In the same way, you exist through Him: you need Him, He is your daily bread (see John 6:51), He provides everything your soul needs. 

And so you can live for Him: entrust your time, your heart, your words, to Him so that He may use them as He wishes.

The One who created everything by His Word can do wonders with what you entrust to Him.

What do you want to entrust to Him from this day forward?

• Your fear of lack? Give your limited resources to God, and He will multiply them.
• Your mental or physical weaknesses? God renews your strength and refreshes your soul.
• Your loneliness? He enables you to feel His presence anywhere, anytime.

Would you like to pray with me right now and bring Him your needs?…“Lord Jesus, thank You for being my daily bread. I know that You hold everything in Your hands, that You’re the God of the universe. I trust You with my life, all my troubles, all my sorrows. You have the power to do wonders with what I’m giving You right now. In Jesus’s name, amen.”
