Today, I’d like to share with you a testimony from one “A Miracle Every Day” reader who received a miracle in her work!
“I confided in you and your prayer team because I was out of work. God alone knows the sorrow I felt. I got sick at the same time because of worry… I was affected physically and emotionally. Your message called ‘Tell your mountain to move!’ gave me strength again. I confessed this…I didn’t want to let myself be knocked down. Today, I have a smile again. I got a new, even more interesting job with a more flexible schedule that allows me to honor the commitment I’ve made concerning God. Thank you a thousand times over and be blessed.”
Looking for a job is a bit like crossing a desert. And only God knows how long this trial will last. Unemployment is, quite often, difficult to experience. If you’re looking for a job right now, I encourage you…
- To keep your joy because it comes from the Lord! Don’t let your peace be stolen, but as the Bible invites us, cast all your cares upon Him. (see 1 Peter 5:7)
- To keep in mind that your worth isn’t found in your title or job description, but in who you are to God! The Bible says, “I will be a Father to you, and you shall be My sons and daughters, says the Lord Almighty.” (see 2 Corinthians 6:18)
- To not let yourself get discouraged! God is the God who provides for your needs, as the Word of God says: “ And my God shall supply all your need according to His riches in glory by Christ Jesus.” (see Philippians 4:19)
God will give in His perfect timing because He is sovereign. May His peace go with you and fill you! I believe that right where you are, you have a role to play. Your first calling is to be a worshipper of the living God and an ambassador of His Kingdom!
Right now, I’d like to pray for you… “Lord, You see my brother, my sister, who is reading this right now. I pray that You open the floodgates of heaven! Lord, release professional opportunities so that Your child can manifest Your nature and love to others again and again. Use Your child to spread the atmosphere of heaven everywhere he/she is. In Jesus’s powerful name, amen!”

I am feeling really down because no one will hire me. I have all my degrees and experience but have not landed anything. I am starting to fo down. My self confidence is gone. I look to God for help but its hard because everything on my resume is not truthful such as my dates of employment. I had to change them because i needed longer time on it. I Was out of work for three weeks due to low census i panic for a mintue but then i thought to know how blessed i was from other failures in my life and held my head up and continued to walk in faith with god since me having god as being on my side was the problems with others i kept walking and found my self in god timing the prince of peace finding not having to struggle and suffer for any thing else that god has already given me and now to say that it was old to toss it and continue to grow in his ways amen

I am having a tough time knowing if my job opportunity is from God. He blessed me a month ago with a job after being unemployed for many years. I was training and working with a man that smoked drugs on the job and I felt unsafe so I quit. I applied and was hired for a job I really wanted after that. Something fell through right at the very end. I all of a sudden the next day was called to come back to the original job. I’m not sure what God is trying to tell me here. I’ve been retired since 2000 due to major medical problems which include anxiety and depression. I am now 66 years old and I went through a very painful divorce last year. I had to move from my home to an apartment and it’s been very difficult for me. Now, that I’m having to pay rent and additional bills, I need a part-time job very badly. My computer skills are very limited. I don’t know what I can do nor do I know what I’m interested in. Dear God, I make this prayer knowingly that I compromised by doing illegal and unGodly task to earn a living. I pray that you forgive me & give me and I’m ready to leave them all and focus on you God. I pray that you may give me anything to do & I will testify of deed. I pray in believe that you shall do.
