I’m sure you’ve noticed people on the Internet issue all sorts of challenges. For example, there was the Ice Bucket Challenge a few years ago, when people dumped buckets of ice water over their heads and then invited others to do the same. The goal was to promote awareness of Lou Gehrig’s Disease (ALS). Bill Gates, Barack Obama, and many other celebrities participated in the challenge! Once, my friend Matthias, who lives in Switzerland, challenged me to jump in a river in the middle of winter for a good cause. I must confess that I didn’t do it, but I congratulate my friends who did!
Today, I’d like to extend a different type of challenge to you. I believe it will be beneficial to you and help you develop your relationship with God. The Bible tells us that when we look to God, we are radiant with joy. (see Psalm 34:5)
So here’s the challenge: turn your thoughts to Jesus throughout this day and through the end of this week! How often? Every hour, every 15 minutes? It’s up to you!
Maybe to help you, you could set an alarm on your phone? Once I did that for several days and my phone made a “ding” every minute… it was constantly ringing, haha. But, at least I thought about Jesus all the time and prayed without ceasing.
So, will you rise to the challenge these next few days? You’ll see… spending time with God and maintaining a relationship with Him throughout the day is the best way to stay in peace and joy.

Yes I will I will make it I have to make it I have a lot I need to give to God he’s the only one who has the power in touch with my head this challenge is OK because I need to help a close relationship with God I need him to fix and need to pull my son his wife when you can for his problems my daughter and her husband I need him and I need too much from him I don’t know how to start but he said good challenge that I can make and I will do it thank you Eric for all your miracles everyday thank you for you and your team god bless you for ever I’m sorry about Bill Graham but he was one of us and we love them he’s in a good hands in the hands of our God thank you
