Your little seed can become great!

Today, were continuing our series onthe power that transforms the world,” inspired by this book that I highly recommend

Have you ever prayed to God, asked for something big, and in your eyes, didn’t really receive anything significant at the time?

“God often answers our prayers for big things in seed form. In other words, instead of giving us the oak tree we asked for, He gives us an acorn. This allows us to grow along with the seed.” – Bill Johnson

In other words, don’t despise small beginnings. Many of the greatest inventions of this century began with a single person working in his/her garage! Think of Amazon, Google, Apple, Disney… all of these began in a garage. TopChrétien/Jesus.net did as well!

I encourage you to continue in perseverance, patiently watering the “small seed” that God has given you.

If you persevere in the little that you have received, you will see it grow and come to fulfillment. This period of growth will give you solid roots. And when success does come, you will have the strength of character necessary to be able to manage it!

As the Bible says, But let patience have its perfect work, that you may be perfect and complete, lacking nothing.” (according to James 1:4)

It’s not easy, but this is how our God fashions men and women of faith.

Do you feel forgotten in the back of a garage today? Don’t worry… hold on. Pray, remain faithful in the small things, and you will see the vast land of promise God will give you!
